I am new to this page I am in awful pain and my GP has not give me any info or help I am crying with pain what do I take to help

Unfortunately it is very common still for doctors to give a diagnosis and then just leave you to get on with it

Different things help different people - medication, pacing, activity/exercise, heat, mindfulness, meditation, holistic therapies, weighted blankets, cbd, distraction are all things that help me personally

So sad for you. - Angelstar recommends some good approaches. I would immediately go for the CBD oil she mentioned. I use the capsules with Turmeric by Healthspan. There are bottles with droppers you can use too which might work out cheaper. Can you see a different GP and ask for a prescription for it. Hope you get sorted soon.
