Does anyone have a wellness tool box and if so what do you have in yours please? Xx

Brilliant question. Mine is a comfy bed, heat packs, gentle exercises, compression socks, toe spacers, easy access to nutritious food.

Using heat, mindfulness, relaxation, pacing, keeping active, listening to music, colouring in, crochet, cbd, lotions/creams/rubs are all part of mine.

I like the idea of a toolbox! In mine is music, hot baths, yoga, meditation, essential oils and solitude😊
