Hi, I also have multiple problems. I found a pain management program helped me. They looked at everything from medications to exercise. Have a word with your GP it my help in management of your pain.

I had a phone call from pain management. Dr changed my pills from amitriptyline to duloxetine. To be honest did not think she was much help .but been referred to a chronic health program. Feel as if no 1 knows what pills you need and thank you for reaching out πŸ˜€

I have bad back and knee pain. I take two 650 mg Acetaminophen (Tylenol) extended release tablets for pain. If you drink, taking this much Acetaminophen, can damage your liver. Check with your doctor.

Morning, I do empathise I too have arthritis in my right knee, I don’t take too much meds as plays havoc with stomach (duloxtene, codiene on very bad days , ) I find heat a blessing so something simple like my hot water bottle when I’m resting can help, differently soak in my bath daily (went without one for a month and really made a difference not being able to soak each nite) I ordered an elasticated knee pad that goes below the knee and above , they are easy to find on Amazon etc, it certaintly gives good support when moving around. I do also use rub in ibuprofen @ one called bio freeze . Not looking forward to Winter as aches do seem to get a lot worse. xx

Hi Katie 1964, I can relate to your pain. I have osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, spondylolisthesis for which I'm awaiting on back surgery and fibromyalgia. I take Tramadol, Pregablin, Methocarbamol, Celecoxib and and Natecal D3 and like your good self nothing touches the pain.

I notice that a lot of people on this site are prescribed Amytriptyline but I don't think my GP would prescribe it for me. What's your thoughts on this, should I ask him. Take care ❀. πŸ™πŸ™

Katie1964, I totally understand where you're coming from. I too feel overwhelmed with all this pain. You are very lucky to have your daughter and granddaughter in your life. Tell them how much you appreciate what they do for you. I wish you all the very best. XX πŸ˜ŠπŸ’™

Dearest Katie1964, I was successful with my assessment and get all the benefits I’m entitled to. I do hope you are too. Yes these people make you feel like a fraud. Did you tell them that you are in Constant Pain and Discomfort? Very important that you do.

And your life is far from over. I bet that you’re a lot younger than me. I bought Pernaton cold Gel OTC and I find it helps, but it’s trial and error for everyone . Chin up, take care and keep in touch. 😊 ☘️ πŸ‘©β€β€οΈβ€πŸ‘©
