Thought my Fibromyalgia was coming back, then GP thought RLS. However that didn’t fit with me, but he thinks it is peripheral neuropathy! However my son made a suggestion (which I have heard before and laughed at). Wear loose socks in bed?
Believe it or not from the first night I no longer had the severe burning in my legs, yes still some tingling. Also notice if I have ginger wine in a small whisky with
Ginger ale, and I mean small, that also aggravates the tingling. Maybe it is all just coincidence

I've had a lot of luck significantly reducing my peripheral neuropathy pain by cutting back on some foods: NO alcohol, NO sugar per serving over 7g, and limiting simple carbs. I still have pain, but it's much more tolerable, and I don't spend every morning anymore waking up feeling like a swollen pin cushion with thousands of needles trying to escape my hands, feet, and face.
