Fybro and ptsd

Ive not written for awhile having sons wedding in channel islands and coping with everchanging covid rules to get there. Followed by keyhole gall bladder removal. Stress has been fairly high.

Saw a healer last week and she comented on my inability to relax and being on edge.

I was researching ptsd for something else entirely, when i came across a link for ptsd and fybro and discovered that its very common..

Wondered if there were many here who have both or peoples thoughts.

Yep. I have both (C-PTSD & Fibro). Many books & articles out there. ‘The Body Keeps the Score’ by Bessel van der Kolk, is one that will probably interest you.
