Hello everyone, ty for allowing me to join u. I look forward to sharing ideas on how to handle life's health issues with y'all.

I have fibromyalgia, as well as a host of other issues. How do y'all handle the daily aches & pains of your disorders?

Hi Texy10. I have anti depressants (Venlafaxine) which seems to help me a lot and I try not to overdo it but when I do.....I then sit in a miserable ball and feel sorry for myself. 😂😂. There are lots of people who take painkillers to manage the pain but I find they make my stomach so bad that I try to avoid them if I can but everyone is different and for some it is their only option. A really good healthy diet seems to also help me, so no wheat, dairy, caffeine, sulphites or alcohol (most of the time!!) and stretching when I've gone stiff is also really helpful. I hope you find what works for you. 😊
