We know that CBT and ACT do not resolve the pain issues for people with fibro but they can help with how people deal with their condition. Patients have spoken about it being one of the techniques that can help them. We hope that digital delivery can help with alleviating scarcity of this resource but we need to see the method of delivery validated and then available in the UK.
