Does anyone have any recommendations for wearable heat pads?

Heat pad
You get the one use /disposable ones - I use the back ones when travelling a long distance (curaheat I think)
I always use the DEEP HEAT ones I find them very good 👍they do small patches and wrap around ones for your back
I have used it before, I also bought one from Amazon for back support and when I wear it it instantly heats up my lumbar because of a magnet in the middle of it. This is not disposable and can be used and reused, also cheap
If you use them please do not sleep while wearing one.I used them on my left buttock as hip pain was very bad......yes it eased the pain....But i layed down and fell asleep......result a very bad burn on my super sensitive skin.
Its has taken weeks to heal and caused more pain.....so please take c a re......
I find any form of heat really helpful.I use a microwaveable one for my neck, hands or tummy.
I also have a small plug in back warmer to use behind my back when sitting.
I used to fill a very small water bottle and wore it in a home made belt on my back.
I did that for many years before these new types of heat patches were on the market. I haven't tried them as yet.
Yes a while back I got emails from a company that sells wearable heating pads from scarfs, coats, leggings and even socks. I think they even had a vest for your dogs. I’m sorry I don’t remember the company but I was surprised that a person can order a wearable heating pads imbedded into articles of clothing battery operated so no more having to tie heating pads to your body and be connected to a long extension cord. I think the scarf was like $40 a bit pricy so I didn’t order it. I’m sure places like Amazon would have it. 😊💕🦋
BeYou period do stick on heat patches, it contains menthol and eucalyptus oil to give you that hot/cold sensation. They’re very useful for me as my job is very active all day.
You can also get long thin hot water bottles in a case that you cutie round your waist or drape over your shoulders. I love mine.
