Hi, I’d probably show it to a pharmacist and ask for some over the counter treatment to begin with. If it doesn’t go away, follow it up with your GP.

Some of us are prone to issues with sensitive skin but it’s usually best to assume it’s nothing to do with fibro and get it checked out. Hope it calms down soon

Yes, I get lesions that are what I call nervy sore rather than the pain they should have for their size. More like a burn than anything else. They eventually crust over dry up and disappear, but the sore area hangs about for a good while (3 months) Doc. says they are more like a viral spot (hmmmm) than anything else and not much can be done about them.

Hi i get red hot rashes like hives come and go and itchy skin.

I am on pregabilin too and since I started taking the medication I have rashes like blisters a, worse on the bottom of my legs, but on my arms, chest, can’t see my back so don’t know if they are on my back too. I managed to get an appointment with the doctor, she gave me a special cream which I am using but they are not improving and every day there are more now I’ve got some on the inner side of both arms. What I have thought what’s the point of putting cream on them when the medication is making them happen. I’m seriously thinking of coming off the medication. The first tablets were worse I had big weals like burns on my arms, and was told to stop taking the tablets, and was put on pregabilin. I have looked through the leaflet and it does say under side effects that blisters are rare may affect 1 in 1000 people. I seem to have most of the side effects and a lot of the side affects are the same as the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Sorry I can’t be more helpful but at least you know there are other people out there with the same symptoms. I wish I could discuss the symptoms properly with a professional, and get some answers, but that doesn’t seem to be offered.
