Morning all, just thought I’d share how I’m feeling today....

Woke up feeling like I’ve ran a marathon in my sleep and my neck and shoulders been squashed. I’ve got swollen eye and no voice. Great!! I work at a school 🤦‍♀️.

Oh no! Sorry to hear you feel so rubbish. I work in school to and I’ve felt horrendous the past couple of days - no voice, body feels like it’s been hit by a truck. Even went for a Covid test. I’m guessing it’s a combo of the increased contact with my little germ spreaders and physical activity.

I’m with you there, I think it’s the little people lol. I’m with year 1 and 2 and they’re like Clingons lol.

Last year I was without a voice for a year. Not great!!
