hi there everyone

i have read various write ups but very few have positive feed back and detailed ideas on how to deal with fibromyalgia

if anyone has any ideas and medicines to take for severe pain all over

i would appreciate any ideas

I am afraid when dealing with fibro no one size fits all im afraid. We are all different in our approach of what works for us. It does not mean one is better than another. Or one way is right and the other is wrong.

Its a case of testing and trying what helps and works best for you I'm afraid.
