Weighted Blanket

I’ve bought a weighted blanket today - might be a silly question, but ........... do you need to use anything else with it? Or is it warm enough in its own? Thanks

I found I was warm enough but it depends on how you feel and what type you have brought. They do say that if you use a duvet or another blanket with it then put them over the weighted blanket.I do hope it works for you 😊

Oh we had a good old chin wag about weighted blankets on here last week! You should just see how you go yourself with it. I don’t have anything on top of mine but I am a woman of a certain age! 😉 try it on its own but if you get cold through the night then pop a duvet on top. Hope you get some comfort/relief from it. Enjoy x

It will depend on you and how warm you like to be. I have a lightweight quilt over the top of mine.

Two nights under the new blanket, so far so good! It’s soft and warm, snuggles around me, and, whilst I’m not totally pain free, it seems to have made a huge difference! My quality of sleep is much better. Only down side is that it does fall off the bed a bit when I move, and it’s heavy to drag back on, but I can live with that lol!
