Ankle pain.
Hello. I’m new to this as only diagnosed in June this year. Yes, pain and itching, burning ankles and mild swelling sound familiar. I can’t help wondering if it’s because I’ve gained so much weight since diagnosis and I’m a lot less mobile and definitely less fit now. 😊
I don’t think our weight is helping at all, however it’s very difficult to think of exercise when the pain kicks in. I used to be very house proud now, I do a bit when I can. My hubby is helpful but it’s hard for anyone to understand.Wishing you a happy Christmas. Let’s pray that 2021 bring more joy and laughter. 🎄
Merry Christmas to you too 😊. My Christmas Day has had to be put on hold as I’ve had to take a COVID test as I’ve had a high temp and my rashes are burning hot all over atm. It’s apparently a symptom so GP says to get a test. Result won’t be back for 72 hrs. My daughter is poorly too (she’s part of our bubble) and had a test the day before me. We’re crossing fingers we’re negative. Have a fridge full of food and a fresh turkey! But it could be worse - I could be breathless and coughing (which I’m not atm). My daughter’s ex tested positive and had nothing but headaches and tiredness. So watch this space 😊. Will keep smiling ! X
My left Ankle is worse than the right ankle. Do my best to keep feet elevated per doctor's instructions. Can actually feel the ankles swelling, burning. Try to wear compression socks per doctor. They cut into my calves, so can only wear short time. Hope all have a Merry Christmas. Stay Safe.
