If you haven't they do confuse you and yes u can if you atually be straight and honest and how it effects you who helps you and also there weird questions wen they ask you how often say most of the times or it varies don't say sometimes and if you got any supporting evidence make sure you send it all of with ur doctor pricripition also if you go pain clinic acupuncture she's someone for depression because of the pain send every thing you can hopefully should work best of luck x
