Hi all, I'm new here and need some help, I just don't know where to start. My physio says my back pain is caused by fibromyalgia, but I can't understand how to help it. I have a tare to my knee and struggling with exercise so my weight is piling on. Please help...

You mention your physio saying your pain is Fibromyalgia - have you had a diagnosis from your doctor? Before a diagnosis can be made, tests should be carried out to eliminate other possible causes of your pain

My doctor said "I suspect she has fibromyalgia and I have advised her as such" this in August 2018, and from then I have looked at the symptoms and all mine fit, with pains, headache, problems sleeping, being tired, ibs, i seem to be bloated most days now. I've had several other tests for different things and nothing has shown.
