Me and fibromyalgia

Some days I feel like there is still light under The Tunnel and some day I feel life is not Worth to Leave.and today is one off those days Your body and Your mind are fighting Each other.

Remember to be kind to yourself on these days. You are unwell. It is important to do something that helps you feel better about yourself. I bought some nice smelling cheap perfumes that are like more expensive ones and I spray it on me and my bedding and it lifts my spirits. Maybe there is something that you like? Favourite music?

It is so hard. I think the best thing to remember is the tough days sometimes feel easier. Be gentle on yourself x

Hi sorry to hear your in so much pain but I know how you feel. My fibromyalgia is at its worse now and I don't seem to have any good days anymore the only thing what keeps me going is the fact that I have a husband and a son. My pains have slowly got worse and spread more over the years but that doesn't mean it could happen to anyone else, we are all different. Take each day as it comes and let's hope for good days xxx

the Fact is once you being diagnosis with fibromyalgia doctores don’t care every time you ill and you vest your doctor

they will blame it on your fibromyalgia

i really do believe people with fibromyalgia

they been Neglected by NHS services and gps they tread us like we crazy and they don’t know nothing about fibromyalgia

NHS Uk need to take fibromyalgia very

Serious decease because it’s not just fibromyalgia it’s what comes once you have Diagnosis then their comes all other decease Arthritis, LUBS ,ms

mental illness ,Thirsts issues the list going

once you have fibromyalgia you develop

all other healthy issues.
