I’ve had a few bad nights recently, it’s the pits isn’t it? Too tired to do anything, don’t want to disturb anyone else but can’t sleep.

Have you tried Hypnos on YouTube. Search hypnotherapy for sleep and just choose someone whose voice you like. Make sure you switch off “ automatically play the next”
