This is a forum and has the name suggests a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged. Among other things I am sure if you take a look at some of the many posts you will find zillions of helpful hints. You may find what your looking for by using the search area. This is a place to share our pain, our joy, our anger, our frustrations, our fear, our tips, our quirky moments, our forgetfulness and all the other things that Fibromyalgia brings us daily! Pain is a large part of that and will always be a revisited topic im afraid! But as Dizzytwo has rightfully said we share many other moments too on here!

Hi nanie75 and a warm welcome to our community. The forum contains all sorts of posts relating to living with fibromyalgia. But limiting the posts to only 'positive and helpful' we would be limiting the support that is offered by the many members to each other. Yes, it helps to be able to read what works for other members, but we also appreciate that living with fibromyalgia can be difficult and sometimes a member may need to offload because they do not have anyone else to talk to who understands.
