Crazy idea but would a petition to demand that PIP assessments are audio recorded stop all this careful editing by assessors?

Too late for this one, what we need is a national campaign, I think.

When PIP was first started it was easy to get your assessment recorded, you just had to ask, but as time has passed it has become difficult.

I'm not sure why, but I have a suspicion that the assessment firms don't want to pay out for the recording equipment, it being around £1500 per machine, so I have heard. It's the same machine the police use.

Hence why they insist that we bring our own machines and tapes now, anything to save a penny, although they are paid millions each year.

Last year it was said that there would be recording on demand, but it seems to have been conveniently lost in the shuffle, and they are hoping we have forgotten.
