How are you feeling tonight? I feel rubbish tbh, all my conditions are playing up so I'm in a lot of pain right now. I've got my long hit water bottle, my electric blanket and I've had all my meds, I know without the meds I wouldn't be able to get out of bed but I'm still in so much pain ,I do try to keep smiling 😊 but I'm getting fed up of it at the moment. I don't get down very often but when I do I give myself a talking to and say that there are plenty of people worse off than me!! please take care of yourself Lynne
