Once again I am experiencing nerve pain in the legs (across my leg) but extreme trigger point pain in my back to my breasts. I think caused by physio I had two weeks ago. Since my post (see below) I had the same pain and my physio told me that it wasn't muscle pain and to see my doctor. I made an appointment but called the ambulance that night and was taken to hospital for a three week stay.. I had a collapsed lung caused by a bacteria that they couldn't find. I had recently been to Bali. I was isolated for a week.
But this is not the point of my post.
I was looking at the internet and only got sciatic pain. I came across and article here and thought "that sounds like me". It was from me, 3years ago. Title: Progression of fibromyalgia-clear view of one source of pain after taking large doses of Magnesium.
Oldsouls is my user name if it doesn't come up in this post.
I read it again and you should look at the long article from Rob about magnesium. I have recently stopped taking it regularly. It is very expensive and I am being frugal at the moment as having a lot of community services.. One thing I did find later was that I was having my 2 yearly colonoscopy. Now if you don't know you have to go though an awful process of cleansing. I was able to take medication but the magnesium tablet shouldn't have been taken and it showed up clearly in my colon and hadn't broken down. I went onto powder but it is very sweet for me and it was suggested I take it in fridge cold water which was ok but still sweet.
So when I re read Ken's post I am back on it again starting today. I hope I will get the same results as before. I had forgotten. I also have had two years of depression anxiety and agoraphobia.
I urge any reader with fibro to try Magnesium and make sure you get the right one. Ken's article was very comprehensive. You may be able to find his post here using my title. I learned that the anxiety etc can be helped and will take it regularly as I do feel much better.
Thank you in advance for reading this and thank you Tom.
