Do not put a lot on. Do put a little on 3 or 4 times a day, according to your instructions. If used as prescribed it will take a couple of days to work. If not used as prescribed, it will burn like hell

U mean a little in each area!? It does say about a small pea size amount. I have applied some and all seems OK no burning 🔥 👍

Yes, sorry, I had to put it all over my lower leg, so a small pea size was a little bit silly really. But I would advise a small amount over a small area.

I use it on my lower back but it doesn’t really help with the pain

i used it for several years, but have had to stop using it because of menopausal sweats and hot flushes (which when i take them my skin burns).

a tip for using the cream is to apply it to the spinal area, as it is absorbed into the spinal fluid and works on reducing the levels of Substance P. Also, wear a pair of disposable gloves when applying - then you avoid the risk of getting cream in places you don't want if you have not washed it off your hands properly.

I miss being able to use it, as it really helped me ... i've found a natural warming rub that contains capsicum which is not as strong, that I am now using in its place xxxx

Omg hazel that must've been horrible, its bad enough the burning I feel from arthritis, I go lobster red lol,I find my skins very sensitive when fibromyalgia playing up I can see my open pores on legs and that's when burnings worse.

Yes I have that cream . It hasn't helped me very much but be careful using it as it contains hot chillies/peppers so apply a small drop first and make sure you wash your hands well after it , cause if you rub your eye or lip and anywhere it can burn . Use sparingly ...I made the mistake of putting a large amount of my hands , within seconds they were on fire and I had to rush and put them under cold running water. Saying that I have heard that some people get on well with it .

Hope this helps.

Oh blimey, yes I've been causious about these things. My partner put some in my shoulder blade last night and I was like WOW! it really did help, that warm feeling it gives 👍👍. So far so good x

I only used a small drop last night but unfortunately it didn't help me this time and even though I washed my hands thoroughly , when I picked up a tablet to take there must have been a trace of it on my fingers and I ended up burning my lip and tongue lol . I feel as if I've been trampled on , I'm so sore 😣 hope you feel better soon, take care xx

I think there's a fine line between enough and too much, I'm sorry it didn't work for u. Maybe try to apply with some gloves on? I applied an amount a slight bit bigger than a pea size x

Be very careful to wash your hands thoroughly after using it, or use rubber gloves to apply it. The active ingredient comes from chillis, so don't rub your eyes afterwards, or touch any sensitive places, or you could be very uncomfortable.

Yup I can testify it hurts if it accidentally ends up places it shouldn't be .....eek and of course like pepper spray in eyes. 24hr patch test is probably a good idea too, especially if you are sensitive to medications. Like Hazel_Angelstar I got great benefit from it and I think it is often overlooked in helping Fibro pain (for some it works well) but had to stop it for a while too. :)

I'm not in a lot of pain at the moment, Voltarol gel works well on my knee, and fingers, but I would try Capsacin if it gets worse, especially on muscular bits.
