Re-hearing a joke!!

After winning my upper tribunal and my PIP being sent back to first tier tribunal for a rehearing and information clearly stating that information on how my condition is now including how it was back two years ago when I lost my first tribunal was to be accepted, yet the panel refused to accept my information and further diagnosis’ relating to my condition. I contacted upper tribunal for clarification this morning and they confirmed that new information should have been accepted. So now going back to upper tribunal for appeal and an error in law again which was the reason for a rehearing in the first place. Two and a half years since applied and the dwp officer at my tribunal was a joke as all he brought up was my claim for ESA as I applied for that and was refused so appealed and won and have had it since started on it. Yet the dwp officer complained because I was on it.
