It's a lovely, sunny, clear blue day and my body feels almost HAPPY. So grateful.
Have errands and a list, of course. Will see how much I can get done, without ruining tomorrow. Moderation...is everything😎

Yes moderation differently , send the Sun to Suffolk a miserable cold wet week here so far x
