Update on d-ribose. I have been taking 1tspn 2 times to 3 times a day. I missed a day and realized it had improved my fatigue. So now I make sure I don't forget to take it.
It's a powder and I dissolve it in a little water then add one freshly squeezed orange juice. I think the orange juice helps with iron uptake.

No. It's a sugar made by the body that is used by our mitachondria cells to replenish energy. I will try and share the YouTube video which explains it.
