Hi I've had FM for a few years now but recently have had a lot of stress and have found that the tiredness is almost unbearably to the point I feel ill and can feel it pulling me down. Anyone got any advice as to what I can do to help the tiredness lift?

stress is not good for anyone here, it really takes a toll on your system, if only we had a magic wand to make it disappear... Quackers_6 also has a point, if your system is lacking the likes of vit D, that will make you feel tired all the time
