Muscle spasms

My legs r doing the strangest thing they r moving on there own it’s as if I’m getting kicked my muscles r moving on there own accord

Has anyone else had this ? 🤦‍♀️

Yes it is called restless leg syndrome we get it at night a lot don’t know if connection to Fibromyalgia we have never asked 🤦🏼‍♂️

Yes I get them all the time especially at night and when I have overdone it -its horrible. Neese.

Yeah it’s not just a twitch it’s proper deep movement 🤔.

Unfortunately, sounds like restless leg syndrome something many fibromites suffer from. It can be a slight twitch or the feeling that you have to move your legs to another position to proper spasms.x

Is it painful? I'm being kept awake with same but pain all up in my legs.

Yes indeed I get this every night and I take 200mg of gabapentin twice a day

Hi sweetie I get this and as the others say it’s restless legs. Mine comes and goes. 🤗🤗🌹🌹😘😘
