ESA still waiting

How long does ESA take to decide? i applied at start of March & they confirmed receipt of forms but heard nothing either way since.

I waited about 3 weeks for my appointment to come through and two weeks after my appointment I got my letter saying I had being awarded it. Don’t forget we have had Easter holiday so that may be why u haven’t heard yet. 🙂

It just depends what sort of back log their is in each area .

My daughter is waiting still from Early March. She was fired altho they didnt say, as she was ill. So didnt know which to claim. She is awaiting a heart procedure. Good job I can pay her rent for her otherwise homeless too!!!

My daughter has had ESA paid in at last. Still awaiting housing benefit. Got to get letter from her landlord/house share.

Luckily didnt have an interview
