Just be honest. Emphasise what you struggle with on your worst days. Don't let them rush you. They have set questions to ask so make sure you elaborate what exactly you struggle with.

For example, they'll ask if you can wash the top half of your body, then the bottom half of your body - they don't ask if you struggle to wash your hair.

Be calm, and honest. Take your time and answer with examples.

Ideally have someone to open door for them and make cuppa and witness what is said.Huge support too.Have any paper work in front of you.

Mine did ask me to bend from seated positions to my feet and lift arms until painful.She looks at my hands and wrists. Nearly everything I had wrote in booklet was asked again.

Asked if family help etc

Best thing is be honest and polite.
