I hope you all a wonderful Christmas and it’s not to painful tomorrow, I’ve got a busy day today and tomorrow so it will all hit me like a ton of bricks on Boxing Day and the rest of the week but I’m prepared for it and the big day is all over by then so I can just deal with the fatigue and pain in peace.

All the very best my Fibro friends xxx🤗🤶🤗xxx

Hi Tas69 ,and all you wonderful fibromites ,who try and keep going whilst coping with so many painful "issues" (I say that ,as we never know what or where we`ll be hit by chronic pain.I fall asleep out of shere exhaustion most nights ,others I just don`t sleep.

When the pain`s at its` worst I can`t sleep. I ,atm ,have been diagnosed with costochondritis ,and ,like last year ,it`s wiping me out,The pain is in my arms ,armpits and side of my ribs this time! Woohoo!! Roll on Wednesday ,when I know I`ll crash (like you and so many others). Anybody have "plantar facilitis (sp)? This pain in my heels makes me want to hit my head against the wall!!

Anyhow ,that should have been my hello...sorry ,went stray somewhere:) Though I`ve not had time to post here much ,(been caring for my lovely mum) ,I`ve read almost every post and recognised every pain.

I wish you and everyone here a happy ,painfree Christmas.I hope you manage to get some rest and put your feet up.I hope the new year brings you new hope ,better drs and meds ,and relief from all your pain and exhaustion.Gentle hugs and xmas blessings ,with love ,:) xx

Someone like you.

I had (sp) for quiet a while. Very painfull indeed. Then i read there was an injection for it. So when i got it in my other heel i went strait down docs for injection. Doc didnt want to give it as he said it was painfull. I didnt care i wanted it. The needle he put in my heel almost sent me up with the birds, omg that hurt, i asked what he did...he said i jabbed it in quick to get it over. I told him start again with the thinest needle you have then slowley inject it. That worked a treat but poor doctor was shaking like a leaf poor doctor. But haa this procedure done properly dose not hurt and gets rid of the pain and your not hopping around like a one legged kangaroo trying to pee. Its worth it.

Merry Xmas, although its over now, that one most exspensive day of the year.

Happy new year for 2018

How time flys seems like 2017 was just last week. Whats next ?

Oh yes Easter, where we let kids stuff out with chocolate, all them eees thats not allowed year around. But never mind, mummy helps get rid after kids in bed. JUST A LITTLE BIT HES NOT GONA NOTICE ha they do notice and a little white lie is called for hahaha😂😂😂😂
