Dry skin

Does anybody get very dry skin around the eyes my nails are bad aswell .ive not been officially diagnosed yet but my physio thinks its fibro even got a walkin aid cant wait to c pain clinic

I get dry skin everywhere.....I use a good moisturiser for my face morning and night and use alveeno everywhere else.

Not sure whether it's related to fibro.

I believe it is as I read somewhere we get dry skin, eyes.

There is a tablet you can get from health food shop, hair nails and skin.

Don't have hot baths or showers as this also causes the skin to dry out. Get a spray moisturizer as you will find it easier and quicker and probably more happier to put this in your routine.

If not a spray try an aqueous cream... very cheap but uses are great and you don't need much!

Yes I have very dry skin its related to sjorgrens- some people have recommended good creams, if you have skin allergies like me- then buy DOUBLEBASE gel (not diprobase) Ive also been told i dont drink enough water - very true, I hate plain water our tap water stinks of chloreen.

Hi I used toobget Very dry itchy skin an no creams helped I tried So many!! My doc prescribed aveeno bath oil about 5 years ago iv never had dry skin since I don't even have too use a body moisturizer, you can buy it now not cheap,but it's great stuff,they do a whole aveeno range now xx
