my whole feet ache, I don't have RLS

When I go to bed after about half an hour my feet start to hurt/ache. Applying DeepHeat works. I am not over weight, take a fair amount of excercise and drink about 1 pint of beer a night, and am 67.

Any suggestions?

Sorry about your feet. Mine ache when I'm in bed all the time and when I get up in the morning. I take a muscle relaxer to help me sleep.

Mine do too...when I try to describe it to my husband I say that it feels as if someone's been at them with a baseball bat! What is it? I also get burning, throbbing hands and aching legs. I have sjorgrens/lupus overlap and I think it's to do with nerves. However, the last rheumy I saw said it was probably nothing and sent me for a nerve conduction test. I told him that I'd read that these only show large nerve fibres and not the small nerves that can affect sjorgrens....but he sneered and ignored me. So, still don't know what causes it. Let me know if you get anywhere with it. Good luck!
