Hi there TCMAHER welcome to our group so glad you found us. The weekends tend to move a little slow round here but I am sure you'll find a lot of very friendly advice and support. Take you time and read the boards and any questions please fire away.
It seems to be a common problem with those who suffer with fibro. have you mentioned it to your GP at all ? it may be a good idea. Do you drink enough fluids this can cause muscle cramps. I get cramps sometimes and my GP mentioned Quinine to me. This is why if it is really troublesome the doctor may be able to offer you something to help. Plus they may wish to check it out and try and find the cause of the cramps.

This forum has made such a massive difference to my life, and it is amazing having support and friends around you helps so much especially as they know what you are experiencing!
I find that nothing really helps with it except rubbing the area gently and using magnesium spray/TENs machine!
