Hi Jodyblonde41

Welcome to the forum :)

It would be nice to know some more about you. How long have you had Fibromyalgia for?

You may be interested to take a look at our mother site for more information about Fibro fmauk.org

I have lived with Fibro and ME for 36 years and am still learning!

I don't know if you are aware that sleep deprivation is a very large part of Fibromyalgia and is one of the main causes of Fibro.

Have you seen your GP as this sounds as though it is something fairly new to you - about not being able to sleep lying down.

There could be an underlying cause that your GP should look into.

I very much hope that you enjoy being part of the forum and I look forward to getting to know you better.

Hi Jodyblonde41 and a warm welcome to our friendly fibro family where you find advice, support, help and understanding.

I suggest you see your GP as your meds may need tweaking.

Hope to see you around the forum.

Hi Jodyblonde41

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I personally think any issue of this nature should be checked out by your doctor just to rule out other medical conditions my friend. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.

All my hopes and dreams for you
