Thanks Raven, I have started to have B12 injection recently I have to say the first one did lift the fatigue somewhat..I.m also having oral Folic acid. B vits can deplete in fibro and ME sufferers BUT we should only take them from a prescription. There are numerous over the counter varieties to be had and that's all we are "Had".

I also take b12 shots and they really help my energy levels and ease my symptoms. I don't know the reason as far as I know I'm NOT b12 deficient ! It's crazy. But if it helps il take it!
