Chest crushing cold though out my body so bad if dont get into a hot shower . I can't breath . I have pains all over my body all the time . i feel like Im going to die all the tume but i don't . this happens on a regular basis . i have never been diagnosed with fibro they cant find out whats wrong with me . I cant take it anymore if you know what I mean . Im tired .

Have you seen our Mother Site fmauk.org ? Here you will find all things fibro including links and guides.

Fibro tends to be the diagnosis when all other conditions have been eliminated so it can take years for an answer.

What you describe could be panic attacks, particularly if you say there seems to be no physical cause. They can be terrifying and hard to control without help.

The pain around your chest and ribs could also be costochondritis, which does happen to some people with fibro.

I do hasten to add that I am not a qualified medical practitioner and I urge you to contact your GP if your symptoms change or worsen.

Hi Bommarito1 and welcome to our wonderful forum ☺I'm sure you will come to find the forum invaluable in chatting to others who are going through the same experience as you & talking to others at different stages of their lives with Fibro & learning from their experiences.

It does help with the whole process and I wish I had found the site years ago. I have had Fibro for nearly 30 yrs and I'm still learning about it, like we are.

I'm sorry you are feeling so unwell and I'm concerned about you not being able to breathe unless you have steam. It sounds to me like you should call out the paramedics and they will give you a nebulizer if necessary.

If you keep feeling like this, what does your doctor say, are you taking any medication ? Have you had blood tests to eliminate other thing it could be.

As bluebell99 says, it could possible be costochondritis.

I really am so gneuinely sorry to read this and I am also deeply concerned! I was wondering if you have consulted your doctor about how you are feeling my friend? If not, I would go and talk to your doctor about it. If you are in a painful crisis right now I would go along to A&E or your local walk in centre and seek medical attention to get the ball rolling.
