SOME RELIEF FOR BURNING STRETCHING PAIN IN LEGS

Hi everyone x good wishes to All 😎 i just wanted to share with you in case it brings anyone else the same relief - a few months back i was so worn down and fed up with the constant pain in my legs and the constant flexing of my feet trying to stretch out my tight muscles that i would have tried anything! . . It came to mind that a cycling motion may actually help but at the time there was no way i would have been able to join a gym or even ride a bike but i came across a Davina bike... its just pedals so u can sit in a chair on bad days and on edge of bed on better days. .it made a world of difference to stretch my muscles at my own pace and i found that after pedaling for a while it took the burning pain to a tired muscle pain which i found much easier to tolerate. Is available in Argos for around £45 and has a step counter so you can set yourself targets. It has been worth every penny and more! I hope this helps someone x

I think I will have to have a look at one, thank you for posting

Xx

Sounds like a good idea My docters do say to me that exicise is good for Fibro but some times it helps and other times it really does me in 🏃‍♀️

I use an stationary exercise bike to strenghten my knees, this was suggested by my Chiropractor a few yrs back. It does make a big difference.

Nice to hear that it'shelping you :) xx

Hi MADMUMOFSIX

I have one of these and yes I agree with you,you can go for a bike ride without leaving the sofa --lol !

The other thing I do with mine when not so achy and to exercise my upper body is to put it on the dining room table and turn the pedals with my arms.

This sometimes makes me ache the next day ,so I try not to overdo it,but it is a good way to keep the joints moving.

Take care.
