Just an article about night cramps I read. Agree with them all except the last one !!! If I did this i'd be climbing the walls lol . Anyone brave enough to try it??

Interesting, thanks for sharing my friend. I had noticed that every leg image was of a much younger healthier person than me! 
The best and easiest thing to do is splash witch hazel on my legs. It gets rid of the cramps and restlessness.
Yeuch to the last one too! Especially if it's American style mustard. Much prefer the French style. But still not a whole spoonful 😝😝😳
Dijon mustard wouldn't be quite as bad
