SHAKING ALL THE TIME

CAME ACROSS THIS SITE THIS MORNING REGARDING SHAKING AT NIGHT.I PERSONALLY SHAKE ALL THE TIME ,NOT REALLY AN OUTSIDE BODY SHAKE BUT THE INSIDES WANT TO GO AT .IT IS DURING THE DAY ALSO.HARD FOR ME TO RIDE AS PASSENGER IN VEHICLE.I HAVE TO KEEP MOVING AND DO SOME TYPE OF ACTIVITY  GARY/ TALLAHASSEE FL

Dehydration can cause shakiness so drink loads of water - also exercise since that has a calming body effect.  Finally try and breathe at a slower pace to regain some of the Co2 levels in your body.

I feel I shake internally too. On rare occasions when I've really done too much my right arm shakes.

I've also had my left arm paralysed for about 30 mins.

Told Drs, who don't seem to know why or worried about it. Although I am.

Will be interested to hear if you get any further feedback from your Drs.

Shaking inside feels very strange, at least when my hand is having a severe tremor people can see it. Not tried anything to manage the internal shaking though.

Hi I shake inside too, but mine is more like a drill or a drum, and I only notice it when it stops, as had it so long, I suppose I got use to it.
