I saw this photo and couldn't resist putting it on as one it was cute and two just made me think about friends and family who help me out when I am having a bad flare up and generally feeling unwell and down in the dumps, which is a lot of the time..

Not too bad today well the down in the dumps bit lol. The weather is playing havoc with me bones like everyone else on here so keep your shoulders and back covered boys and girls there's a chill in the air.

I had the heating on last night for an hour I went really cold.......poor old crock lol
