I just recently discovered this health board while searching for info on pulsatile tinnitus. I also have fibro and have found some relief in hearing others share similar struggles and things that have helped them. I've read many posts on this board about the tinnitus and all the testing you've been through. I've had CT that was normal, but high pitched pulsating sound is affecting my quality of life. Everything I read says to continue pursuing the cause if pulsating. Any advice or success stories would be greatly appreciated!

I,ve suffered with tinnitus for many years, and it can be very annoying, frustrating,in fact everything! But as time has gone by,I have managed to control it, everyone has their own ways of doing this. If it keeps me awake,I listen to natures sounds on my iPod, my favourite is the waves gently lapping on the beach.
One sound blocks the other, and it works for me. I,ve also found that if I,m stressed, (more than usual! ) It is much worse. Hope this helps a bit. You WILL get accustomed to managing it. Good luck and gentle hugs. X
Here's a recent and inspiring interview with Denis W. who found relief from chronic Tinnitus using mindfulness and Stoicism. Hope you find it valuable on your own journey --> tinnitussuccess.com/stoicis...
