Hi can anyone tell me. If I could send in my dla doctors medical assessment to support my claim for esa, I am with a new doctor and he knows nothing about me

I cannot see that it would hurt? Anything that helps a claim has to be good? It may be beneficial to make an appointment with your new GP and go through everything to get them familiar with what you are facing with this, and how your illness is affecting you.
