I have done a snippet of Midnfulness during a week long MS seminar, found it quite redfreshing.

Thank you for sharing this I will definately be watching the Beditiation video and will pass the link onto a friend who has just hurt herself by using dumbells incorrectly. I think the illustrations for the various exercises are very clear and I have noticed that there are tips on exercise for wheelchair users.x
