Hello

I am grateful to have a lovely night's sleep at last. I suffer from fibromyalgia and find sleeping along with many other things hard. However, I feel better this morning as I have had what I would describe is a normal night's sleep. Hopefully tonight I can get another one1

Its a lovely feeling isnt it, a whole luxurious nights sleep, no interruptions. It makes you feel almost normal ?

Oh I am so pleased for you I just so wish I could have a good sleep if I get 2 hours I think that I am in heaven as I have always been a poor sleeper and with this and all the aches and pains I can never get comfy. I do hope you have another good night tonightx

It is fantastic when you can sleep. Since moving onto Amitriptyline I sleep most nights :)

So I am wishing you many more :)

Hi karran12

I am absolutely delighted for you, and I genuinely hope that you manage to get many more good nights sleep. I think it can make a load of difference with Fibro if you get good quality sleep and sleep pattern.

All my hopes and dreams for you
