I appealed to support group last year and am thinking of doing the same again- do dwp put time limits-I have been in wrag group since last November-should I seek a mandatory reconsideration?

Hi there the only people that would know the answer to your question is the Citizen's Advice. Sorry cant be more helpful fibro friend. By the way hope al goes well .

I hope that you are well today? I think that Royalspec01 is right, it probably would be a good idea to ask at the citizens advice. However, I would ring them up (the DWP) and get as much information as you can (especially about any time restrictions) and then discuss this with the CAB.
