Legs feel heavy

Does anyone feel as if there legs are heavy and that they don't want to move. Freaking me out

Have you been doing a lot physically these past few days? Put this on your list of symptoms for when you see your GP. The more information you can give, the better it is for them to help you.

Mine have been like it for 6 months but that doesent mean that yours will we all have different symptoms I just wish this flair gone.It probably will someday .Take it easy for a couple of days thats all the advice I can give im afraid ,It`s all down to trial and error......sue..x

Mine are like that all the time now, I have to use crutches as thy feel they are going to give way, they have been doing this for years now, but I'm 72 and still managing to walk, I've had a good talk with this here fibro friend of mine and told it I'm not going to let it win lol, ...please don't freak out holly 1950 ,you will b ok, but do mention it to your GP next time you see him..... we are all different, but try to think positive and you will win not the fibro.. Don't get me wrong it gets me down many times, but I try to think to myself it could be an awful lot worse, it could be something terminal,...we are all here for you Holly, and wish you better, sending you. Did you over do it yesterday I know my legs often feel heavy if I have done too much the day before.

It certainly sounds a common problem we have. My legs feel like lead weights at the moment, I only have to walk a few metres and they start to get heavier! Another good reason for me to avoid the bathroom scales!!

As others say, let your GP know about it and try not to worry.
