Morning Mal how are you today?

I am just getting ready (s-l-o-w-l-y) to go to my Fibro Management class. Why do I never sleep the night before I need to drive somewhere? Surprisingly I look much better than I feel.
Better get moving. I have 2 hours to get ready, breakfast and make the 25 minute journey, though I'd rather go back to bed

This is my fourth week - there are 6 in total. I missed one as I nipped off to Bruges with my son for a few days.
It's very informal, and you don't learn much that you don't already know. However as everyone on this course has Fibro as opposed to just chronic pain as in my last course, we swap ideas, hints and tips with each other. There is no pressure on this course, and no expectations, as such I am enjoying it far more than the Pain Management Course I did earlier this year.
Got to dry my hair now, and get changed before dashing off, but will tell much more when I get back this afternoon.

Lovin' this one Foggy. When they used it in the Madagascar movie I was in fits of laughter I'm doing the lemur head movements whilst singing it in my head

Oh good, I'm so pleased I've been sitting on this one for ages, I just loved it.....I haven't seen Madagascar....should I do so? I saw the programme David Atteborough did about the lemurs in Madagascar and that was absolutely wonderful....... So many sorts and so many sizes.....

Good morning everyone.
Madagascar is good, and I now have move it move it going on..... You do have a lot to answer for Foggy!
We love seeing the lemurs at the zoo, so laid back looking. When my son was 7 he decided he was going to go on a biology research trip to Madagascar when he's older, he also wanted to adopt the fossa at the zoo, and got to go into the enclosure to place food around for it!
Hehehe Suffolk.........everything is always my fault.......but not anymore......or so,I'm told by a certain red tufty eared person about three posts above ........hehehehe

Hi Zeb and Foggy, thanks for asking. Getting there. Hubby a lot better and I am ok this morning. The usual aches and pains, but that's normal for me. With the long hours he was doing doing sometimes 60 per week. He feels that he might need to work part-time. We, like everyone else have to pay the bills, but his health comes first. It's funny how when one of you is ill, it has a knock on effect and you both end up suffering. Some life changes are needed i think to go forward.
