Well tonights list is twitchy legs , itching all over my body , insomnia and a lovely migrain safe to say im pretty pissed off !!!! Hope somat good is on the box x

Hi folks - I guess we've all been there and can sympathise with your insomnia.

It's best to read a book (not a murder!) or watch something undemanding on the telly rather than lie there all night feeling miserable.

If you are getting a lot of itching, please arrange to see your GP. People with fibro often itch, and we take a lot of medication which may irritate the liver.

One of the signs of this is ... you guessed it .... itching!

I totally understand your frustration as I suffer same as you, the nite can be so long and lonely can't it. I asked my doctor for sleeping tablets but she refused. So i went to Tesco they do their own version of a sleeping tablet and its sold over the counter. Boots also do their own version. They don't knock you out as a sleeping tablet would but they do help you drift of to a gentle sleep with no fuzzy side effects in the morning .
