Hi

Can very low TSH levels affect embryo implantation? My level was 2.54 and dose increased to 50mcg of levothyroxine but having embryo transfer before levels are tested.

Hi, I think the fertility clinic will want your TSH to be below 2.5 for fertility treatment, and I think I read that around 1 is ideal.

Mine as 4.2, which is normal for NHS guidelines, but the clinic wanted it to be below 2.5, so I’m on 50mg thyroxine.

Within 4 weeks, my TSH was 0.99.

Hope the transfer goes well x
