Just had my second cycle cancelled feeling super depressed and down. Stimulation hadn’t worked. First round only got one egg but embryo didn’t implant. Now this. I have very low egg reserve but I’d still like to try a third cycle. Was wondering if anyone had any success after 2 cancelled cycles in a row due to no follicles being stimulated? My doctor said if my next cycle gets cancelled then she probably wouldn’t encourage us to do a 4th cycle.
No idea what to do, wondering if I should go for another opinion so looking for reccomendations and suggestions on other private clinics in London that anyone has had success with after one or two cancelled cycles and low AMH, high FSH.
Thanks.

Hi, I’m afraid I don’t have any advice but I wanted to reply as so have asked this similar question and got no response and felt even more alone. I have had two cycles - 1st cancelled, 2nd went to egg collection to try to get one but follicle was empty. Clinic is pushing donor egg as the only option.
Did have a consult with another clinic that suggested a different protocol and three rounds of prp, but at £30,000 that isn’t an option for me when we’ve already spent so much.
We are considering a clinic that does natural ivf, where the aim is to get the one egg that you would naturally ovulate per cycle. It’s low odds though.
